Having quality internet access is almost a priority today. However, there are places where fiber optic communication infrastructures have not yet arrived and, in these cases, it is common to resort to satellite internet connections.

The work presented in Nature Communica Wuhan Mobile Number List tions was the first real-time demonstration of a photonic processor capable of processing four input signals, each with a throughput of 1 gigabit per second and a frequency of 28 gigahertz, inserted into a system based on communication satellites for data reception.
The work shows that the processor is scalable to many more signals, thus demonstrating that “photonic technologies can finally raise the quality and reduce the costs of satellite services to the same levels as fiber optics.”
